Excellent stay, as always. The room was very clean and met expectations. A cool bonus was nearby Pausa Coffee Shop, that offered tea and coffee. Just several blocks from Old Roan Baptist Church and other tourist spots.

Had a great xmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was ideal, just a short distance from popular attractions and amenities. Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
There was a minor issue with one of the bathroom doors being squeaky, which was a bit annoying during the night. there was some construction work going on in the car park, but it didn't affect our stay too much.

Spent Christmas holidays at a conveniently located hotel. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drink options and the staff were friendly.
Bathroom facilities were in need of modernization. The shower was difficult to adjust and the towels were thin and worn.
